Philosophy

We ace a 50 to 50 ratio of male and female employees. Seventy to eighty percent of our post-harvest employees are women who are the main providers for their households.

We pride ourselves in giving back to our community by sponsoring social programs which directly impact our employees and their families.

At Excellence Flowers, we have a very small employee turn- over and most of our staff has been with us since we began. Our greatest asset is our people, and we are continually investing in their professional and personal well-being.
